A Special Note about
Creative Classes:
In order to insure that we have adequate product available, we
must ask that you sign up for a class at least 10 days ahead. Payment is due at
the time of sign up.

Our Foot of the Bed
Decor quilt class was such a hit, that we have had a number of requests to
repeat it. Come see our beautiful sample in the store. Let's make
something cozy and comforting for any bedroom in your home.
Or make this into a table runner by making the smallest size. You could use this for a fantastic Christmas Gift. This project is designed for
the experienced beginner and is hands-on. This project does include
embroidery and we have machines available to use, if you don't own an embroidery
machine. |
The class will be held in two separate 3hr. sessions, with homework between the
two classes.

If you don't own an embroidery machine, serger, or embellisher,
we will have machines available to loan. Just let us know you would like to use
one when you sign-up. These are all hands-on classes.

Gift Card Holder in the Hoop - Looking for
a way to dress-up those "plain Jane" gift cards? Come to class and make an
easy gift card holder that also doubles as a Christmas ornament for on your
tree. This is a classy way to give a gift card and it can be dated, or
personalized to the recipient. This project is made completely in the embroidery
hoop of your machine. The class is about 1 hr. in length. You will be
given a supply list or one will be e-mailed to you at sign-up. See the sample in
the store now.

Christmas Cutwork - When you see this
cutwork, your first thoughts may be: beautiful, impressive....but then, do you
think difficult!...time-consuming? Well, you will be amazed at how easy
this technique is when done in the embroidery hoop. In this class, we will
be working on a lovely napkin which can be used as a bread basket liner
(or make a complete set of four)...the perfect gift for those who have
everything already. The class will take approximately 1 1/2 hrs. You will be
given a supply list or one will be e-mailed to you at sign-up. The design we
will be using is from Anita Goodesign
Vintage Christmas Cutwork Collection. This design collection will be
available at a special price when you sign-up to take this class.

Embroidered Christmas Stocking - This
class is open to everybody. You will be making this stocking using the
Pfaff Creative Vision machines that we have in the classroom. Not only
will you learn about some of the incredible features of the machine, you
will also go home with a lovely project to use during the holidays. If
you already own a Creative Vision we would appreciate having your bring it
to class with you. This class will last about 3 hrs. You will be given a
supply list or one will be e-mailed to you at sign-up. |

Christmas
All Year - Multi-Hoop Santa Wall hanging - Early

This full-body Santa is 20 1/2" tall. This has been one of the
most popular classes we have ever done for Christmas and we have had numerous
requests for a repeat. Be prepared to learn a lot about embroidery in
this hands-on class. Any
embroidery machine with at least a 5" x 7" stitching field will be able to do
this fantastic project. Learn how-to use templates to create large
embroidery designs. Also, learn to do machine embroidered appliqué. For
this, project we are supplying a kit that will include the fabrics to make the
wall hanging top and also a CD with embroidery designs. In the first class
we will teach how to do the sections of the project. There will be homework for
this class to finish all of the embroidered sections. You will need to supply
batting and backing to finish the project in the second class where we will
quilt and bind the wall-hanging. Visit

Class Times:
Class Fee: $60 and includes Multi-hoop Santa CD from A Bit of
Stitch and your choice kits with fabric for the top. Choose a Victorian
kit with a Burgundy tone or a present day kit with traditional Red. Advise as to
your choice when you sign-up.
Class Policies

You must register
in person, by mail, or by telephone.

All classes must be paid for at time of registration. Unpaid
registrations will be put on a "hold" status until payment is received and your
seat in class will be available to paid registrants.

If you cancel at least 3 days before the class, you will be issued a store
credit. We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 3 students. If we
cancel the class you will receive a store credit or a refund.
