We have done a number upgrades to the building in
the past seven years including: a complete interior remodel in 2000 which
included all new plumbing and all new electric service. We have also
replaced the roof and carpeting recently. Plus, this building offers something

As a side note, this area of town is currently
under going a fantastic face-lift! Most of the dilapidated buildings on
Main St. have been torn down with new buildings getting ready to start soon.
Also, the old Bingo Palace which was sold in 2006 is finally starting to get
under way with whatever renovations or new construction that the current owner
has in mind.
