Pfaff 4D Software

The next Pfaff Block of the Month software class will be held on Wednesday, July 9th at 10:00 AM.  This is a lecture/demo style class. Subsequent classes in this series will be held on the 2nd Wed. of the month at 10:00 AM.    We will be using Pfaff  4D software.  If you have Pfaff 3D software or older Pfaff software that you have purchased through us, you may attend the classes, though you may not be able to complete all of the exercises.  We suggest you consider trading-up to the latest software packages to get the full benefit of these classes.  Visit www.pfaffsoftware.com for more information.

As a part of this class, you will be given handouts and ready-to-stitch designs.  There is no charge to attend, but there is homework.  You should have your block stitched and ready to discuss at the next class meeting. A suggested quilt layout and yardage will be created in the Electric Quilt software and will be given out at the first class.

About Telephone Assistance

We want to help you get the most from your software package, so if you have a quick question that you feel we might be able to address on the phone, please do call.  Please understand that it is not possible for us to give you a class over the phone.  If you need extensive help, please plan to attend one of the classes listed above.

When you call, please have your computer turned on and have your software package running.  We cannot assist you properly if you aren't prepared to follow the directions we give.  When you call, please understand that we will need to open the same software on our computer and this could take a few minutes.
